By downloading, installing, or using the 2Deal mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this App. By using the App, you warrant that you meet these requirements.

2Deal is a mobile platform that connects users to buy, sell, or promote products or services. The app may include features like listings, in-app messaging, notifications, and payment options (if applicable).

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any listings or information you post.You must not upload or distribute viruses or malicious code through the App

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to: Provide accurate and current information. Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.

2Deal uses Fiuu Payment Gateway (formerly Gkash) to facilitate secure online payments. When you make payments via the App, you will be redirected to Fiuu’s secure payment interface. By using Fiuu, you agree to their terms and privacy policy available on their official website: https://www.fiuu.com 2Deal does not store any payment credentials such as credit/debit card numbers or online banking passwords. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment details and confirming the final amount before proceeding with any transaction. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for payment failures, chargebacks, or delays caused by Fiuu or your financial institution. For payment disputes, you may contact Fiuu customer support directly.

All content and trademarks on the App (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to 2Deal. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

By posting content on the App: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce such content. You affirm that you own the rights to the content you submit.

We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such collection and use under the Malaysian PDPA.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2Deal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
